How many guests can the Yolanda Ranch accommodate?

The garden area can accommodate up to 250 guest depending on your choice of table configurations. 

Is there a deposit fee, and is it refundable?

We require a $1,500.00 deposit fee upon scheduling the date. The deposit fee is refundable if the scheduled date can be re-booked.

What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes full access and use to the following:

  • all permitted outside grounds at the Yolanda Ranch, 

  • (4) brand new restrooms, 

  • overhead string lighting,

  • full mansion access including the bride's quarters and groomsmen parlor, 

  • custom wood wedding arbor,

  • "Gramps" old fashion truck for decor,

  • up to (30) farmhouse tables,

  • up to (10) round tables,

  • up to (6) six-ft banquet tables,

 Is there a time limit on the scheduled event?

Yes, the event must end at 11:00 p.m., guests must leave the property by 11:15 p.m., and vendors must leave the property by 11:30 p.m.

Can I use a wedding coordinator of my choice?

Yes, you can absolutely use a coordinator of choice. We highly recommend looking into our onsite coordinators as they know the property and work well with all our surrounding vendors. Please contact us for additional information. 

What items do you have available on site?

We offer a large and convenient selection of rental items onsite, ranging from custom-made bars to chic glass vases. Browse our items here. 

Is there an area for the bride to get ready? Can I bring in makeup/hair services?

Yes, brides have full access to the Bride's Quarters inside the Yolanda Mansion, outfitted with hair and makeup stations for the ideal prepping environment. Feel free to bring makeup and hair services with you! Upon purchase, the Bride's Quarters also features a mimosa bar and lunch accommodations for the bridal party.
